Family Services, Sunday School & Teens Programme
What happens at the Sunday School? The teachings given in Self-Realization Fellowship Sunday Schools will be centred around the writings of Paramahansa Yogananda. Sunday School classes can include Self-Realization Fellowship chants, Energization Exercises, instruction period, offertory, prayer and meditation, craft activity.
Who may attend the Sunday School? Our Sunday Schools are open to any child from the age of four. Each child must have the consent of his parents or guardian. Sunday School sessions are not generally open to the parents. Exceptions may be made from time to time as in the case of a child in the younger age-group who is attending for the first time.

The teachings given in Self-Realization Fellowship Teens Groups will be centred around the writings of Paramahansa Yogananda and can also include Self-Realization Fellowship chants, Energization Exercises, instruction period and discussion, offertory, prayer and meditation.
